Overlooking Washington Square Park, this apartment was renovated for a thoughtful, literary couple whose only child had grown up and flown the coop. The family had settled in SoHo decades before, and brought their artistic sensibility and need for good lighting by which to read 'uptown' to their new apartment. The owners and the apartment have both become DFA favorites.
