The peculiar V design of the land and the privileged view of the two natural attractions of the place – the beach and the lagoon – determined the architecture and the erection of the house. “The challenge of this project was how to work with the angle of the land. We had to take possession of it to conceive the house measurements so it wouldn't be discontinued” – the architects explains. A main module houses most of the spaces that are essential to this family's comfort, such as bedrooms, social and service areas. While the leisure module holds a gourmet space linked to the pool and a Jacuzzi with a panoramic view of the beautiful landscape. The spaces are interconnected on one side by
a lawn field which is also used as a path to the beach, and on the other, by a wood deck. With reinforced concrete pillars and beams molded on-site, the architects projected an interesting balance for the volume of the bedrooms upstairs, whose support is provided by two pillars coming out of the living room – allowing the structure to gain a relevant esthetic value in the construction as a whole.
