Prado Place is the perfect example of the saying, "Great design should be experienced and not seen". This designated historic street required the design and implementation of completely new underground services. The challenge for our Civil Engineers was to design and execute these systems in a way that protected and preserved the historic features of the neighborhood,
such as the narrow right-of-way, huge invaluable trees, and historic streetscape features such as lamp posts and signage. The notable success of this project is marked by the seamless integration of new systems and infrastructure into the scale and aesthetic of this community's rich history.
