Due to the restrictive narrowness of the site, the new residence was built, partly created from the refurbishment of an existing dwelling and part as a new build extension.
The entrance area unfolds between the new and old sections, doubling in height.
The large slope of the plot create two undergound floors that results in a multi leveled garden above featuring stairs, pergolas and the pool which appears to insert itself into the bulding.
A dynamic is apparent in the development of volumes, as the building is rotated towards the view while steel structures frame the building's simple yet bold volumes.
