Highly detailed mixed-use master site plan model built at 1"=150'-0" scale depicting the 2000-acre property with single & multi-family residential, golf, retail, commercial, Town Center, Cultural Arts Center, hotel, schools, recreation, parks, church, marina and harbor.
Extensive site details included brick sidewalks, pedestrian, wildlife and bike trails. Ball fields, soccer fields, boats with slips on the Potomac River with break water features were creatively represented.
Additional details were boulevards with treescapes throughout the whole development and power easement towers. Completed size was 8' x 9'.
