The Post Luminaria, designed for Post Properties and The Clarett Group, is a 20-story luxury rental residential development that consists of 138 units, including studios, 1-bedrooms and 2-bedrooms. The building’s many amenities include a fitness center, a game room with regulation-size pool table and large screen entertainment system, a private garden and sundeck, a rooftop garden, event space, storage facilities and sculpted art-glass by renowned artist Duncan Laurie in the lobby. Post Luminaria is designed with an exposed cast-in-place concrete structure, which also serves as a decorative façade, with a brush-hammered finish achieved with the use of a flexible form liner. Post Luminaria is the recipient of the Corbetta Award.
