At the core of the site a long multiple-high atrium and associated patios integrate all the buildings and circulation systems in the urban block: it serves as the pre-function zone for the concert hall and convention centre above, as an extension of restaurant and food court area at street level, and it links the public squares and the business and hotel complex that occupy the four towers facing the front main road. A semi-underground circulation system for vehicles and servicing allows for a car-free zone above and in-between the buildings. Above the convention facility, semi-private green roofs provide additional open space for hotel and service apartment residents.
