This was a challenging project for us. We did the total recycling of all parts ofdemolishing the old residence, nearly 90% of reusing parts removed. We set up our carpentry on site so we can benefit directly where the parts would beused. We created a system of locking the floor with metal rods, braced for the cloth and sowe have the pillars loose, without crashing. The walls were made to the "wood-frame, " a type of sandwich layers, which acts asthermal and acoustic insulation and water. This created an environment within thehouse 100% acoustically isolated from the outside (the owner's request). Finally, we made the cover with a waterproof blanket so we can plant on the roof.Work 100% dry, do not use a drop of water (except to test the waterproofing of the roof, lol). It's the way it should be the timber structures: Modulated, industrialized (even if thework itself), reused (ecological), without using water (slabs were of cement plates) and fast execution.Perfect end result!A milestone for us here!
