PORTJERA – eng. Portiere, a heavy curtain
hung across a doorway.
Concept – the main idea is very simple and clear, “cinematic curtains” as
main façade structure inspired, by Christo
and Jeanne-Claude.
Curtain structure has four opening variations possible to use in different
scenarios and time of day.

material – solar photovoltaic curtains.
Facades
finishing - DuPont™ Corian®
exterior cladding, white in color.
Glazing - Schüco structural
glazing façade.

opening scenarios:

Closed
– collecting sun energy by day and to use as a huge surface for projector by
night.
2. Middle part elevated – to accentuate
main entrance.
3. Two
parts uncurtained – to accentuated main entrance and to let sunlight in to
interior space by day.
