The object is single deck floor, in rectangular shape, with a shed roof. It is consisted of 6 segment parts - modules. Segments are made of laminate and have shape of letter "C" - is conected flor, one wall and ceiling.
Rooms have a view focused mainly on wall surface. The facade on this side is glazed with french windows wich allowes entry to the terrace. On the facade oriented to the beach are located only entrance door.
In the object are water mains, sewerage, electricity, current, lights, ect. Hot water provide an electric heater. Rooms are heated by floor convectors.
One modular segment width is 330 cm and 740 cm lenght. The lenght includes the terrace which is 70 and 270 cm long. The whole building is 337 cm tall. It is the widest point. Inside height of the ceiling ranges from 215 to 253 cm.
Object can be placed on the water surface or on land.
