Port City Royal is a celebration of the gritty industrial character of Saint John combined with East Coast modern cuisine and design. Here, food and architecture come together in the search for cultural authenticity; where one can meaningfully connect with the soul of the food experience and re-connect with place.
In a back alley of the Trinity Royal Heritage District in Saint John, Port City Royal unveils a restaurant grounded in a rich ‘sense of place’. Like the New Brunswick inspired menu, the atmosphere is crafted to be more than the sum of its parts. Each layer unveils a thoughtful selection of elements that have been carefully selected, crafted, juxtaposed and transformed to offer something new, yet comfortably familiar.
