The Poplar Street Development is a pair of animated front-to back semis each containing two compact, yet spacious and light filled three-bedroom dwellings in Ottawa’s rapidly densifying neighbourhood of Little Italy.

From the street, the upper volume of the front units fragments, reaching towards the road and shifting horizontally to reveal private roof decks tucked away above the canopy covered entry terraces. The masses then extend back across the site, over a covered parking area before grounding themselves once again and providing entry for the rear units.

The ground floor of each unit contains a powder room, mechanical room with laundry, and an intimate study. The second floor features an open concept living space, which, along the bedrooms on the third floor, garner stunning views of Dows Lake and the Gatineau Hills.
