The new swimming pool and the studio are built in the back of the courtyard of an existing house. The studio is a pure volume that flies over the pool, facing the existing house, creating a place to work and read while looking at the pool and main house. The studio is a white frame that holds the reading area and a toilet. The access is proposed by a porch that leads to a wood wall with two build-in doors.
The pool is proposed as a sheet of water at the same level as the terrace and it is finished with the same stone as the terrace. The light of the pool is a whaterproof LED strip and the pipe-ends are detailed so that they are invisible.
The table of the studio is emerging from the structure, without touching the floor.
