The design of the Linden Town Homes posed a challenge due to the nature of the site, which was triangular in shape, and could only accommodate six units. As a result of this extreme condition, only two homes were alike, but the selected materials and architecture seek to tie them together. The units are composed of brick and concrete at the lower level, with stucco finish above, with box bays trimmed in wood that accentuate every building entrance.
