This 700 square foot dessert bar is a portrait of the James Beard celebrated Chef Pichet Ong that is inspired by the painterly, sculptural quality of his food and the dynamic juxtapositions of his flavors. Richly complex, layered, dynamic forms compliment a jewel-box of sycamore, glowing resin, illuminated suede niches, sparkling bronze mesh, and a constellation of colored mirrors.
