Seppic and schülke, two entities of Air Liquide Healthcare that design and manufacture specialty ingredients for the global cosmetic and pharmaceutical markets, selected the design-build team of Baskervill, DPR, and CRB for their first North American manufacturing operation that will be operated by Polykon Manufacturing LLC, a joint venture between Seppic Inc. and schülke inc. The project totals approximately 60,000 SF over four buildings for warehouse and administration, advanced manufacturing, production, and operations, on a 22.75-acre campus in Henrico’s White Oak Technology Park.
