Poltrade Technologies headquarters is located within a business park in Siemianowice Śląskie in the surroundings of new office buildings and warehouses. Company itself is selling and installing electrical systems for a variety of applications.

Building has a dynamic and modern form that was shaped by the plot area which has significant elevation changes and the spatial layout which was divided into 3 separate areas: maintenance and workshop with storage area, commercial area with staffroom and utility rooms, and separate office space. Total area of the building measures around 650 square meters.

Ground floor being the biggest part of the building has the most extensive spatial layout design. Thanks to elevation changes of the plot, part of the ground floor is hidden within ground which creates the impression of building blending in the plot without significant changes to the existing terrain. Roughly half of the ground floor is housing a maintenance workshop. Directly adjacent to the mentioned workshop hall is the commercial area with the exhibition of commodities, staffroom and utility rooms.

Commercial area is open to the surroundings thanks to the glass facade which is also helping to properly exhibit selling commodities. However, direct sunlight is blocked by the first floor overhanging over the main entrance. The staircase accessible directly from the main entrance is lit up by the roof skylights.

First floor houses offices and a conference room. All rooms on this floor have access to the roof terrace from which the city and business park is visible.

Exterior is shaped by the idea of a white ribbon encapsulating the building on top of the black box of the ground floor. Overhang of the first floor creates a more dynamic form of the building and highlights the main entrance. Shed for storing waste is located directly next to the entrance to the plot and is an integral part of the design by being visual identification of the company.
