The restaurant that will be located inside a newly finished building is planned to have a feeling that pretends to be existed even before the enclosing building was erected. For this reason, brick, natural stone, boat rope, wood and similar less refined materials with raw textures and with patina were preferred. The interior space organization was divided into four departments; the butcher section, restaurant, open and semi-open terraces with seating groups that appeal to both families and young people with different layouts. Instead of using industrially produced shading shelters, the upper part of the open and semi-open terraces is planned to be covered with custom made wooden beams inspired from airplane wing sections. The technical equipment and infrastructure of HVAC and electricity is hidden behind a lightweight surface formed by thick boat ropes extended between wooden beams shaped as a capsized sailboat.
