A new Polo Garage Store has opened in Alanya, with an interior designed by Qubicum Architecture and Design Studio.
Located on Harbour Street, the store is the first collaboration between Qubicum and the Polo Garage Brand.
The concept focuses on simplicity, transparency and has a modern style throughout. The store is furnished with a clothing display system, racks, counter and other supplies all painted in matte white.
The project area is 265m2 and has 2 floors. The first floor ground is covered by ceramic and parquet, yet on the second floor all of the ground area is covered by parquet. The collections are displayed on stainless steel, corian and iroko shelving systems.
A transparent front facade creates an element of depth and lightness within the place. Big glassy showcases on the first and second floor offer visual communication between the floors and their surroundings. Showcases on the second floor are protected from the sun with automatic, black awnings which also give a unique visual effect to the building.
The original 1960s building was first constructed as a home. Qubicum converted it into a Polo Garage's store in 2014.
