With its siting and design stemming from the Harbor Point Master Plan also designed by Ayers Saint Gross, the 18-story Point Street Apartments provide market-rate housing geared toward young professionals who favor smaller living units with prime amenities. The building’s sawtooth form on its back side maximizes the number of units with spectacular views of the Inner Harbor. A palette of glass, metal, high-performance concrete panels, and brick bridges the gap between historic Fell’s Point and the ultra-modern Harbor East. The west facade faces an urban park currently under construction. Both the indoor and outdoor amenities are located on the eleventh floor of the building, offering both city and water views. The project was completed in association with BHC Architects.
