Hagan Architects was commissioned to design the new offices for the Point of Vision Design Group in the Blue Horse Lofts in Atlanta Georgia. Beginning with a raw concrete space with a "C"-shaped configuration around a fire stair, the layout of the offices and conference areas was challenging. Construction budget constraints dictated the use of common materials and off-the-shelf assemblies. Store-bought birch plywood and simple aluminum storefront was used to balance an otherwise gypsum board material pallette.
