The private residence sits on the highest platform of a 30,000 Square meters land planted with exotic and local trees. The project's residential program spreads on one level (the Ground Floor) and has an underground level for services and parking. The main idea was to create a ground level filtering horizontally circulation and opening towards the pool and the view to the hills surrounding it. Vertically, the project aims, through a massive stone cladded veil, elevating eight meters above floor level, to inject some intimacy to a large open land and to visually hide from its surrounding neighbors.
