The spatial concept meets the requirements of the Call for competition. Position of two strong volumes with a shared central space, which represents the main entrance hall, makes the function logical and simple, and allows users to easily move both within the complex and within the building. The central hall, as a space that represents the first encounter with the object, has visual and spatial - continuous communication of the front and back sides of the object where the therapeutic gardens are located. The complex competition task was fulfilled in such a way that functional connections were realized, horizontally and vertically, while taking into consideration an economical and simplified approach. Solidness is achieved by grouping the functions in two volumes, and their logical connection is realized through the central block. Nevertheless, such a compact
function, packed into two units, resulted in the formation of two strong volumes, which to a certain extent
overpower the context, and aspire to become a leading visual benchmark. The architectural solution reflects a contemporary design approach, reducing the complexity of functional requirements to a clean and simple architectural expression.
