The
sensual shaped glass envelope has been proposed as the new headquarter
buildings for Playboy in south-east Asia. It intends to eye catch the passers,
be a distinctive landmark, and the ultimate gathering area for VIP´s of the
region.
This
proposal, which is still on the concept stage for a Mixed Use Building, will gather
in 45 Floors + underground Parking Areas the uses for International trademark.
It
will allocate 4.400m2 for commercial areas on the lower levels, 19.800m2 for
office spaces, 16.500 m2 for Luxury Residences, 3.300m2 for VIP Residences, 1.100m2
for a Gym & Spa and 4.400m2for the Playboy Club & Casino on the top
floors.
