The mandate consists in the reorganization of the entrance for the two banks on the ground floor, the increasing of the natural lighting in the basement premises, a clearer and simpler access to the 2nd floor offices and a better mobility in the building. Fugère Architecture completely remodeled the circulations inside the building with the insertion of a wide vertical glass box as a main entrance which links the 3 stories and makes a division between the 2 competing financial institutions. A garden level was dug on the side of chemin Ste-Foy, optimizing daylight into the basement. A large metallic white ribbon beautifully seals the project, and is used as commercial signage display.
