The old apartment has an outdated/obsolete and very compartmentalized distribution, which will be erased through the renovation process. The large living-dining-kitchen space is partially divided by custom-made furniture, which occupies more than half of the total living area and is separated by exactly two bays of the floor slab.
This space is in the corner of the house, and it is separated from the bedroom and bathroom areas. The third bay exists with a new green wall under an existing beam located in the bedrooms, and in turn, is separated by an area of fitted closets, arranged in a way to create a passage in order to access the bathroom, laundry, closet, and storage area.
The beams are left as partially exposed to give the spaces more height, and by using ceramic tile flooring it creates interior ambience.
