The challenge
consisted on transforming an Argentinean traditional “casa chorizo” from the
beginning of the century to a stylish restaurant preserving its original
structure. The patio and one gallery corridor cover the spaces with natural
sunlight leaving the services at the back of the site. The building is located
in Palermo, a neighborhood that’s experiencing an important renovation.
