Pinnacle House is a commercial project in Wimbledon for Aviva Investors and Kingston Estates.
The scheme includes the refurbishment of the existing B1 office building to create additional floorspace, reconfiguration of internal spaces, re-cladding of the front elevation and extends the building by 3 additional floors. The project doubles the existing floor area to over 5000sqm.
The existing roof is removed and replaced with additional floors, incorporating green roof areas and planted terraces with a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’. The existing basement will be reconfigured to accommodate plant and cycle parking, together with improvements to the public realm.
A pre-let has been agreed with Unibet, a global online gambling company and significant local employer, to take the building as their new UK headquarters for 15 years.
The new Pinnacle House will be a significant improvement to the existing and provide a landmark building in the heart of Wimbledon’s commercial centre.
