The plot is located on the limit between the urban area and the mountain. The field characterised by large slopes and natural caves. The proposal responds to its boundary condition: on the one hand, a concatenated system of concrete walls and slabs which break down and compensate the efforts of the mountains. Thus, it takes advantage of the thermal inertia that terrain provides, such as the caves in their surroundings. On the other hand, a light wooden structure configures the urban parto f the intervention. Thus, the first part houses the urban parto of the intervention, while the second houses the dry program. The house closes to its immediate landscape to focus on a courtyard. But it opens to the landscape through the covered garden that extends into the nearby mountains.
