This residential development located in Laguna Niguel is approximately 7 miles from the ocean on a major thoroughfare, near The Shops at Mission Viejo regional mall, Mission Viejo Hospital, Soka University of America and Saddleback College. For a City that hasn’t seen any new apartment construction in 22 years, TCA worked with the Picerne Group to establish relationships with the City of Laguna Niguel as well as adjacent land and building owners to collaborate on the development of two adjacent apartment communities totaling 425 units. The 233-unit podium-style community will consist of a five-level residential building above a three-level parking garage, and the 192-unit wrapped community is a four-story residential building surrounding a five-level parking structure. Each community will come with complete amenity package that include multiple indoor and outdoor common areas such as fitness studios, club lounges, courtyards and pool/spas.
