The plan for this area is focused on residential units, as they are an Opportunity Area of Malaga’s metropolitan area. This Project seeks to be developed with sustainability, respecting the landscape of the developed plot, highlighting the wooded spaces and the existing morphological and hydrological elements. Developing part of a strategic road that encircles the area is planned in this layout that prioritizes, however, the roads giving access to dwellings and proposed pedestrian ways. With a total planning area of 240 HA, the plan establishes an important residential development apart from complementary activities of residential areas like commercial and tertiary facilities because of its proximity to International Malaga Airport area.
