Type
The new Philips chinese factory needs to represent the technological innovation of the first world brand. The design concept refers to the original Philips' factory in eindhoven, with its characteristics pitched roof. It was remodelled in a prefab structural system in order to support a solar thermal and photovoltaic plant on the green roof. The project has configured the internal spaces so that visitors would be welcome to access the building and interact with all the workers to help the production of real user-friendly objects.
