The hotel is situated in the center of Yerevan, in Hrazdan canyon and has surroundings rich with the nature and buildings attractive for tourists. The architectural idea is to continue the triangular platform arisen from the canyon that reminds an erupted piece of rock, and makes it more spectacular and in harmony with the nature. The hotel is situated beside the Victory bridge, that we can consider as an entrance to the city center that meets tourists coming from the airport for the first. Hrazdan river streams below, as well as the canal passes just beside the hotel from where the hotel garden with its fountains is nourished. The hotel accommodates 700 persons. The beautiful view of biblical mountain Ararat opens from the main entrance of the hotel. There are two restaurants and other service halls on the 0 level. The reception and wardrobe are in front of the entrance. Symmetrical, curvilinear stairs convoy the guests to the foyer that is on the -1 level. The foyer is open above to the glass cover and has fountain in the center. There are parking for 125 cars, communication knots ( centralized heating and cooling systems , water reservoir, etc. ), a gym, swimming pool, spa center, hall for a 100 persons, café, economic and food storages with service rooms on the -1 level. The separate stairs for the 1 level start near the entrance. The hotel administration and some service halls for the guests ( playing rooms, conference hall, etc. ) are situated on the 1 level. The tower of the hotel has 42 m diameter and 96.8 m height. Upper 9.9-19.8 m is round, glass winter garden. A construction reminiscent of a stalactite is overhung in the center of the garden. There are two-storey rooms on the upper levels. The entrances of that rooms are from the winter garden. There is a restaurant in the garden. A wonderful view of Yerevan is seen from the garden. Rainwater from the glass cover passes down to the foyer fountain through the spiral construction. There are twelve rooms on average and two service rooms on each level. The vertical communication is supported by two staircases with two elevators in front of each of them and one freight elevator.
