YEAR
2012
On a plot of only 5 meters wide by 56 meters deep and located in the prime area of the City of High Grace (100 meters from the Jesuit church) this new apartment building is located.
The proposal is based on locating a stairwell in the center of the lot and from there access the two buildings, a volume on the street and the other on the back of the lot. Unable to locate parking is chosen pose a shop on ground floor leaving a passage to access the vertical core.
The simple, almost generic and without fanfare volumes; looking to go unnoticed in a place where the protagonists are the Plaza Ruins, The Jesuit Church and the Public clock.
