Breathing new life into an over 100 year old structure, this renovation design seeks to excavate the essence of the existing architectural form and optimize the interior.
100 years of ocean climate and changes have worn down the building to its current underutilized state. Through strategic architectural interventions and a redesigned floor plan, we seek to restore the richness of its past and craft a building that will stand for another 100 years against the harshness of time and maintain its marvelous new aesthetic.
