Orbit worked with Proctor and Gamble on the P&G Singapore Innovation Center, a project that is a major relocation of their Asia Headquarters from Japan to Singapore. The key to the success of this project is in managing cultural shifts and change within the company, allowing all of their staff to feel like part of the program and considered in the process.
Our interior and architectural teams are collaborating to create a central atrium that acts as the hub of the building, encouraging collaboration and teaming and ensuring that employees interact with people throughout the many floors. Highly flexible floor plans will allow P&G to reconfigure the building over the coming years, enabling their new home to grow and change with them. R&D facilities are incorporated alongside office areas, including sensitive testing areas that require precise control of environmental conditions.
With their world-class headquarters, completed in 2014, P&G has a new home that will enable and enhance their business strategy for years to come.
