Your Architect worked closely with the client to understand their vision for both a sustainable build and a sustainable lifestyle. Being involved at project inception meant the supply of water, power and sewerage provided on site through water tanks, grey water systems, biocycle toilets, solar panels and a solar hot water system could be strategically incorporated into the masterplan. As Mt Nebo is over 400m above sea level and is regularly five degrees cooler than Brisbane, a range of considerations for the weather were also made.
