The facade design is based on a stoic design that adheres to the fundamentals of urban apartment buildings, but the depth of the window sills has been increased to 200 mm for the north-facing units, and the color of the sashes is a receding black to give it depth. On the south-facing 1st, 3rd, and 5th floors, the sill depth is the usual 45 mm and the color of the sashes is silver, and in the bay windows on the 2nd and 4th floors, flush sashes are used, thereby giving the facade design subtle variations and shadows.
