Photographs by JUAN SOLANO OJASI

The challenge of this project was to create a new image for the new restaurant. We sin without losing the warmth that characterizes it in its original location. The field is boxed between two high dividing neighboring, so we had to hold the space with high concrete walls, using as reference the walls of the temple of Ollantaytambo.
With a tissue of large concrete beams between these walls, we form a bucolic space on the first floor where is located the first room and subtly builds over these tissue a glazed box covered with a skin of Corten steel, which contains the second room.
From the entrance of the street is perceived a distinct feel to cross these great diagonal beams, which lead us to a holding area with a particular touch.
In the bottom of the field is located the service area, kitchen, bathrooms, offices, cold chambers, pantry and culminating in the last level of the school for the waiters.
The choice of quality materials with contemporary image generates a space and an atmosphere very warm and very fluid. All these create pleasurable sensations for diners.
