Before designing Pernod Ricard's new headquarters, Spector Group had to take on the challenge of programming 29 different spirit brands into one unified space. The brands are individually represented and branded in specialized conference rooms, achieved through materials, lighting and furniture.
Spector Group's goal was to achieve a distillery-like ambiance with reclaimed wood ceilings and concrete corridors incorporated to create a warm-modern atmosphere for the space, which covers the 16th, 17th, and 18th floors.
In addition, Spector added a new glass/weathered metal and wood communicating stair that links the 16th and 17th floors to enhance employee interaction.
This project is LEED Gold Certified, representing numerous sustainable finishes and materials.
