JAKARTA is the largest metropolitan in Southeast Asia with tremendous rate of population growth and wide range of urban problems. Located in the Urban Setting of Jakarta, the Peforate house, was design with some green strategy to overcome the problems.This two storeys house was designed with an open plan, with separation of public and private area. Partitions were minimised to maintain the airflow throughout the house. Perforated facade for the bedroom made from GRC panel than can reduce temperature of heat air from outside. With a roof garden it also make some cooling system for the room below. Rosters and wood act as the main features of the house facade, giving pores to the wall, so air and natural light can be well penetrated inside the house, and also provide flexibel.
