The owner's first comment was: "we want to wake up with the birds in the morning".The site was thick with very mature trees. Birds nested and flew about from perch to perch.It seemed be a strong connection to the site to make a house that was a human perch.As a bird's perch is an extension of the structure of the tree, this human perch is an extension of the structure of the house.
