This design is an offer to the baby boomers selling their villas and moving to the city. It is simply 200 villas on top of each other. All the apartments are penthouses with their own roof garden with only 10 feet down to the next roof garden. All apartments have a 270 degree view. It is way beyond LEED platinium with a windturbine on the roof producing 4,5 million kWh or approx. 3 times as much energy as the building uses. The wastewater is recycled as nutritients for the roof garden and the environmental footprint of the 200 penthouses is minimal as they are build from materials designed to be reycled.
