This high rise penthouse, of 656 square feet, located in Goiania, Central Brazil, is home to a 28 year old, single, business man.
When the owner contacted me, he asked for a open view of the city, since its on the 40th floor.
So when developed the project, the wall between the living room and the kitchen was eliminated.
This way, who ever is cooking in the kitchen can the see the city skyline.
The master bedroom expanded from 120sq ft to 220, when we increased a bedroom to the master bedroom.
So the penthouse "lost" one bedroom that was increased to the master bedroom. Originally with 4 bedroom, after the project, maintained 3
