Conceived for a couple passionate about sports and architecture, the apartment is a celebration of style and functionality, fully designed and executed by Alencar Futuros Possíveis.
Natural stone flooring defines the social areas, lending the interiors a sense of permanence and understated elegance. Its organic texture grounds the spaces, creating a calm backdrop for everyday life while enhancing the apartment’s timeless character. In contrast, warm wood surfaces shape ceilings and floors in the private areas, introducing a tactile softness and visual rhythm that brings comfort and intimacy to the home.
One of the project’s most distinctive features is the integration of the residents’ bicycles into the architecture itself. As devoted cyclists, the couple could not imagine storing their bikes in the building’s shared bike room. Instead, the design incorporates them into the custom millwork, transforming functional objects into sculptural elements that express their lifestyle and identity. The bicycles become part of the home’s narrative, merging passion with design.
Carefully selected furniture and artwork complement the interiors with authenticity and character, while the living area opens toward São Paulo’s skyline. This space becomes the heart of the apartment, offering sweeping views that turn the penthouse into a true urban retreat.
