This mixed-use residential complex was built in 1999. The client wanted to enhance the buildings and central plaza to make a more desirable destination for their young residents. TLP worked with the team to develop unobtrusive lighting enhancements on the existing buildings that highlight the architecture, but prevent light intrusion into residential units. Our scope included trellis and accent lighting for dining areas around the perimeters and building accent lighting for the new retail pavilions on the plaza. TLP also designed a flexible pole-mounted lighting system in the main plaza that provides accent lighting on the lawn, and ambient lighting for the ice skating rink during winter months.
