The project is a modular built homesite in the heart of the Poconos at Poconos Springs http://poconosprings.com/ .The building features a pre-fabricated load bearing Core structure and Architectural Roof, Wall and floor components for ease of site installation. Green sustainable measures are employed to approximate a Net-Zero high performance building design. This is a test prototype design that offers flexible features for rapid development of self-sustaning built environment. The building will be used as a primary or vacation residence.
