In the alley named after the former Pazmaniten Meierhof in Leopoldstadt near Volkertmarkt, a residential complex with 50 residential units, a commercial space and underground parking is being built.
As no balconies were possible above the building line on the street side, the building is deliberately offset slightly into the depth of the plot. The loggias, equipped with plant troughs in front of them, create a lively façade structure through their bending and offset, which not only visually enriches the typical local alleyway through its greenery.
Facing the garden, generous open spaces in the form of slightly offset terraces extend the apartments. On top, large roof terraces close the volume. Despite the greatest possible optimization of space, the result is a residential building that represents a reference to modern living through contemporary references.
