This story of success began almost four years ago, when the market was still hit by the economic meltdown, a local real estate agency and GAP decided to assume the risk for developing a proposal in this plot, with very good location in the town of Igualada.
The buildable area was intended for a small apartment building, but the demand for terrace houses in the area was very strong and 80% were sold before construction works started. The all five owners had the opportunity to change partitions and finishes during the process.
The houses are organized in white & dark-grey volumes moving in and out to achieve the maximum sun light for main spaces and the front gardens. Ground floors are completely opened with floor-to-top windows, and the access for vehicles is on the backside.
