Near the Oldtown Square, in the very hearth of Prague, Czech republic, you will be glowingly welcomed by Pasta Fresca and its re-designed interior in first phase of renovation. The restaurant is located in the vaulted premises of the historical house, which you can find in the sources first mentioned in 1366, its present appearance is located in a Baroque break in the first half of the 18th century. Colour variety of space slowly getting darker when you sink deeper through interior space. Decorations remains simply. Unexpectedly point of whole interior are small mural altaries which is inspired by Italian house facades. In each house in Italy, there is a little statue of a Saint to worship. Handmade and hand dyed ceramic tiles placed on a serving table and on the walls of open kitchen creates cozy homelike atmosphere.
